Butter Chicken Sauce Recipe
Cut the chicken breast into large chunks.
Mix Taste of India Tandoori Paste with yoghurt, add boneless chicken cubes and marinate for 10 minutes. Grill the marinated chicken on high for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in medium saucepan add chicken, Sauté the meat until its cooked through & brown.(approximately it will take 2 to 3 minutes).
Pour in the Taste of India Butter Chicken sauce into the pan of cooking Chicken. Mix ingredients well & bring to boil, then reduce the heat & simmer for a further 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cream & coriander leaves.
Cooking oil 2 tbs (30 ml)
Boneless chicken cubes 120 gm
Tandoori paste 1 tbs (15 gm)
Fresh yoghurt 1 tbs (15 gm)
Butter Chicken sauce 180 gm
Fresh cream 1 tbs (optional)
Fresh chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp (5 gm)
